Chef Ajay Chopra shows us a simple way to make the Indore-style bhutte ki khees. First, crush the corns pulled off the cob. Now heat some groundnut oil in a pan. Roast some whole spices like saunf, laung, jeera, curry leaves, green chilli and ginger. Then put in the crushed corns. Roast it and then cook in some milk. Then add haldi powder, salt and Indore-special jeeravan masala. (You can skip it you don’t have it.) Also add some chopped coriander leaves. Let it all cook properly and serve warm.
