Aditi Rao Hydari’s Delicious Malabari Feast On Her Birthday Eve Is Making Us Hungry

Malabar cuisine is a heaven for food lovers especially when you want to get lost in the world of unique flavours from the southern part of the country. And, do you know who is gorging on some delicious Malabari food this time? It’s none other than Aditi Rao Hydari! It’s her birthday today and the actress shared a glimpse of her Malabari treat with fans through her Instagram Stories. Aditi couldn’t really help but share a snapshot of the rich meal she savoured. She captioned the image as, “Yummiest food” and thanked the chef Marina Balakrishnan for the treat.

Aditi’s Malabari Mezze consisted of lip-smacking mini Malabar parotta, paniyaram – ball-shaped dumplings usually prepared with Urad dal and rice batter. Next to that was lotus root chips sprinkled with salt and some local spices. We could also see crispy nalla karam podi crackers on the platter. There were two bowls full of delicious beetroot pachadi. Well, pachadi is a traditional South Indian fresh pickle served as a side dish along with other delicacies. The beetroot pachadi kept on Aditi’s plate contains the goodness of beetroot cooked in a pool of spices. Then, there was pepper roast mushrooms made with a host of spices topped with curry leaves. Don’t miss the healthy bowl of ridge gourd chutney usually made with ridge gourd pulp and some other masalas.

Looks like Aditi is, in general, a fan of south Indian delicacies. Prior to this, she chomped on ghee karam dosa and shared a picture of the same on Instagram. The dosa must have been extremely good since Aditi drew a happy face with its tiny bits on the plate. She captioned it, “Once upon a ghee karam dosa.”

This is not the first time Aditi made us hungry with a sumptuous feast. Some time ago, the actress relished a delectable feast. She had shared a picture of a mouth-watering Asian delight on Instagram Stories and wrote, “Chhutti (holiday) = Team lunch date.” That day, Aditi’s meal was all about lip-smacking dim sums and sushi while we could also see fried lotus stems, soft and fluffy baos and stir-fried noodles. Is there any better way to relish a hearty lunch?

Believe it or not, Aditi Rao Hydari’s recent Malabari feast was a true delight. Agree?
