A video of this cotton candy ice cream was shared on Instagram by @shortswithme25. In the clip, we could see the making of the strange cotton candy ice cream. The video begins with a woman coating a cup with chocolate syrup and refrigerating it for 5 mins. Next, she adds some cotton candy to the cup and inserts a candy stick in it.
