Calling the dish ‘Papdsagna’, chef Saransh Goila shared the video on his Instagram handle. The clip has received over 121k views and nearly 7k likes so far.

In the video, chef Goila revealed how easy it was to make restaurant-style delicious lasagne with papad. All you would need is mozzarella cheese, white sauce, keema and papad. You could even substitute keema with paneer or soya if you are a vegetarian. Simply soak the papad in hot water for a minute. Then take a baking tin or dish and add the papad to it instead of lasagne sheets. Add a layer of keema, white sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat as many times as you like and sprinkle some additional mozzarella on top. Bake the dish at 180 degrees Celsius for thirty minutes.

So, you can enjoy the cheesy goodness of lasagne by making it in a simpler way! Try this papad lasagne recipe by Saransh Goila and tell us in the comments how you liked it.
