Vogue100 and Casa Del Sol Hosted a Yacht Party Celebrating Silvia Tcherassi at Miami Beach Art Basel

When in Miami, the best parties are known to be thrown at sea rather than on land. So, it only made sense to toast Colombian designer Silvia Tcherassi on Casa Del Sol’s latest venture, a mega-yacht. 

Following her fabulous pre-fall collection debut, Tcherassi and her daughter Sofia, who is the director of ready-to-wear at the namesake brand, gathered a group of friends and fashion folk to kick off the Art Basel festivities with Vogue100. Of course, guests were dressed in colorful Silvia Tcherassi looks, some straight from the brand’s runway show staged in Coconut Grove just the day before. 

Upon arrival, caviar and craft Casa Del Sol cocktails welcomed the buzzy crowd. The Golden Hour mixed with orange zest was a refreshing treat, as was the blackberry-infused Mestiz Moment tequila cocktail, which paired perfectly with bountiful fruit platters. Keeping the vibes high, DJ and founder of Dune suncare Mei Kwok curated an upbeat soundtrack for the sunset soirée. 

Casa Del Sol president Colbi Corbett chatted with Grammy-award-winning artist Dante Bowe while Laura Sachs and stylist Kristin Smith swapped their Basel party-hopping plans for the evening. Even though Miami is just heating up, the Casa Del Sol team is already planning their next pop-up in an even cooler destination, Aspen!
