Viral News: Toddler Orders 31 McDonald’s Burgers Online, Also Gives Generous Tip

Online ordering has made food delivery easy and hassle-free in the post-COVID era. We are now able to access menus and preparations of our favourite restaurants at the mere touch of a button. Just a few clicks and taps and our chosen dish is prepared and sent to our doorstep. Even payments are no longer required to be made in cash as digital payments have become the method of choice. Recently, however, a US-based mom learned the hard way easy ordering food online was. A two-year-old toddler somehow managed to place an order for 31 McDonald’s burgers through a delivery application much to his mother’s amazement. She shared a picture of her son on social media along with the hilarious anecdote. Take a look:

“I have 31 free cheeseburgers from McDonald’s if anyone is interested. Apparently my 2 yr old knows how to order doordash,” wrote the mother Kelsey Burkhalter Golden in her post. In the picture, we could see her son Barrett happily sitting with his huge order of 31 burgers from McDonald’s. The total of the bill came to USD 91 (approximately Rs. 7,000) including a generous 16-dollar tip.

The picture of the toddler went viral on social media, garnering thousands of likes, comments and reactions. “He looks pretty happy about his order,” wrote one user while another said,
