In an interview with a news portal, the actor was asked if Katrina Kaif likes paranthas. Replying to the same, Vicky said that their marriage is like ‘paratha weds pancakes’. He loves parathas and she loves pancakes. However, the actor also revealed that Katrina also loved the parathas that his mom prepares.
When asked if he would recommend love or arranged marriage, he said that love is the most important thing for any relationship, the marriage could be love or arranged. He also added that understanding and compassion are important. According to him, it is important to understand that they are a different person, you are a different person and you have to come to an understanding as a couple.
During her appearance at Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan 7, Katrina had revealed that Vicky was never on her radar. She said, “I didn’t even know much about him. He was just a name I had heard but had never associated with. But then, when I met him, I was won over. It was my destiny and it was really meant to be. There were so many coincidences that at one point all of it just felt so unreal.”
Vicky and Katrina got married in an intimate wedding ceremony in Rajasthan with just their close friends and family in attendance. Pictures and videos from their royal wedding still do rounds on social media.
