Tiger Shroff to face-off against A-list antagonist in ‘Baaghi 4’: Report | Hindi Movie News – Times of India

Despite his fans’ repeated pleas to scrap ‘Baaghi 4‘, the latest reports suggest that Tiger Shroff is going ahead with the franchise.
The actor, who has been leading the action-entertainer, will reportedly team up with producer Sajid Nadiadwala for the fourth instalment of the film. The same was announced in 2020 in a social media post that confirmed Tiger’s return as the action hero and Ahmed Khanas the director. The film was scheduled to go on floors in December 2020 but was delayed owing to the pandemic restrictions.

According to the latest reports, the makers are looking to get an A-list actor on board for the film as the lead antagonist. The new trend in Bollywood these days, sees superstars teaming up for action-film franchises and help boost the excitement and box office numbers. The idea behind this is to reportedly create one of the biggest action films with Tiger in the lead.

Interestingly, this development comes just weeks after fans pleaded with Tiger not to go forward with the franchise. A fan penned an open letter to the star, asking Tiger not to disappoint her by making ‘Baaghi 4′. To this, the actor replied to the post saying, “Hi Khushi. Thank you so much for your concern and advice. Don’t worry ill make you proud again… will keep everything in mind.”
Meanwhile, Tiger will be seen collaborating with Akshay Kumar for the flm ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan‘ that is awaiting its release.
