Shraddha Kapoor asked a fan, ‘Why do you think your gf is jhoothi?’, his hilarious reply leaves the actor in splits – Times of India

After being away from the silver screen for long, actor Shraddha Kapoor is all set to make a big comeback. Her latest outing, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, directed by Luv Ranjan, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor is currently the talk of town and fans can’t get enough of the leading pair’s sizzling chemistry. As the movie nears the release date, the cast and crew of the flick are busy promoting the same.

Recently, Shraddha visited a packed mall in Indore and interacted with fans. There, the 35-year-old asked a young man, standing in front of her as to why he thinks his girlfriend is jhoothi (liar). To this, the boy innocently replied that he does not even have a girlfriend, leaving the actor in splits. The Ok Jaanu actor then went on to ask the audience the same question and amidst loud hooting and cheering, clicked a couple of selfies with them.

Coming back to Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, the movie, shot at exotic locations in India and Europe showcases the journey of a boy and girl as they both try to outwit each other at the flirting game. They dance, kiss and make merry; trouble however ensues, when things get serious and their respective families try to get them married off to each other.
As for the quirky title of the movie, a source in the know had also earlier revealed to ETimes that the reason for the delay in announcing and registering the title of the movie was because Luv didn’t want to leak the quirky name and lose out on the buzz it would create.

The romantic comedy, also starring Dimple Kapadia will release in March this year.
