Shah Rukh Khan is extremely hardworking and committed: Bosco on choreographing SRK in ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’ song – Times of India

Speaking about choreographing SRK, Bosco Martis shared, “SRK is extremely, extremely hardworking. Even if he’s got the steps, he still kind of goes through it once again. And he is extremely committed, dedicated, and he will not say no to anything, even if he is in pain or has injuries. It is with this kind of commitment that one becomes a superstar. The last time I worked with SRK was on ‘Yeh Tara Woh Tara’ (Swades), we have done several songs on and off like ‘Zalima’ from ‘Raees’. I have not been a choreographer who has worked a lot with him but I must say I’ve done very special songs with SRK, and this one is the most special one that we have done together. I’m very lucky to have worked with him in such a celebratory song. It’s a vibrant, happy song with no negativity, just pure entertainment.”

Amid the shoot, Bosco got a chance to click a picture with a shirtless SRK. Revealing the moment behind the picture, the choreographer added, “I was lucky to get that picture because knowing SRK, he is very, very shy. I had requested the picture because that was the only one shot that we have in the song, which is like the celebratory SRK move, his signature step. That’s the only time I kind of sneaked in and got a picture. So that was my moment.”

Deepika Padukone is also slaying it in ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’, beautifully matching steps with SRK. “Deepika is a natural dancer, her body type, the way she is, she’s extremely fit. And, she looks so international and glorifies Indian beauty. The way she’s in the song, you give her anything and she will look graceful. And I think the way her look has been designed, it is very, very exotic and very tastefully done. Working with Deepika I remember we had done a song in ‘Love Aaj Kal’ and it was really hectic but still she executed that so well. She’s quite a natural performer, whenever it comes to dancing, she really has fun,” stated Bosco.

Beyond the love, ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’ is also facing the ire of trolls, who have been trashing the number. Reacting to the negativity on social media about the song, Bosco added, “I believe everybody has their own opinions. Social media is here to voice their opinion and each one has their own opinion. So you must do what you have to do and they will do what they want to do. Right now we are in such a world where everybody has an opinion and probably we’ll have to respect everybody’s opinion and move on. As long as people are entertained, it really doesn’t matter.”
