A day after the Mumbai Police control room received a call threatening to kill Bollywood actor Salman Khan, the cops have nabbed the caller. The caller identified himself as Roki Bhai from Rajasthan’s Jodhpur.

And according to the latest development, the cops have detained a 16-year-old boy from Thane district. The teenager is a resident of Rajasthan and was nabbed by the cops on Tuesday. According to PTI, the cops caught the caller after receiving technical help, through which they tracked the call to a number based in Shahapur in Thane district.

Giving an update about the same, Mumbai police stated, “The caller who called the Mumbai Police Control in the context of threatening actor Salman Khan was taken into custody. The caller who made the threat call is a minor. There is no seriousness in this call. Further investigation is underway.”

Following these death threats, security has been heightened for Salman Khan.
