This Republic Day, the Indian Army will be exhibiting its capabilities in the National Capital through horse shows, khukuri dances, paramotor gliding, hot air balloons, motorcycle displays, air warrior drills, navy bands, and martial arts, among other activities.

More than 1200 artists have been honing their skills to present the audience with a fusion of India’s distinct culture and traditions, fostering the spirit of “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.”

Additionally, the Ministries of Defense and Tribal Affairs are also jointly organising the “Military Tattoo & Tribal Dance” event, which will take place on January 23–24 this year, with the Indian Coast Guard serving as the organising body.

The occasion is being planned as part of Republic Day festivities in 2023 and to commemorate Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s 126th birthday, which is also known as “Parakram Diwas.”

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs is in charge of organising these organisations and activities. The performances are being staged under the title “Adi-Shaurya: Parv Parakram Kain” from January 23 to January 24, 2023, at the JawaharLal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi.

The day’s main event will feature some traditional folk dance forms, including Gaurr Maria, Siddi Dhamal, Baiga Pardhoni, Gaddi Nati, and many more.

The renowned Bollywood playback singer Kailash Kher will perform during the event’s grand finale.
