Rachel Green goes Indian! All about Jennifer Aniston’s Manish Malhotra lehenga in Murder Mystery 2 – Times of India

Hollywood actors Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are set to return to the screen with their upcoming OTT sequel, Murder Mystery 2. The film will see Sandler and Aniston reuniting for an Indian wedding. With a big fat Indian wedding as a backdrop of the movie, we were expecting to see grand designer ensembles and we are delighted to know that for one of the sequences from the movie, Jennifer can be spotted slaying in a Manish Malhotra lehenga.
A wedding sequence in the upcoming film has Aniston flaunting the beautiful ivory chikankari lehenga from the Khaab Mijwan collection. The lehenga set also features an ivory embroidered blouse and a matching dupatta. Jennifer’s look has been styled by popular Hollywood stylist, Debra McGuire, who also worked with Jennifer for costumes of FRIENDS. The actress accessorised her look with polki jhumkas and a bejewelled bun.

Jennifer’s co-star, Adam can also be seen in a crisp ivory sherwani.
Directed by Jeremy Garelick, the film is set to release on a leading streaming platform in March. The first part of the series – Murder Mystery, released on June 14, 2019, got an overwhelming opening with 30.8 million views in its first three days of release. The film featured Adam as a New York City police officer Nick Spitz and Jennifer as his wife Audrey, who is a hairdresser and murder mystery novel enthusiast. The film series takes on the journey of an ordinary couple caught up in a murder investigation. The sequel, which has also been written by James Vanderbilt, gets Audrey and Nick involved in an international case as their friend gets kidnapped at his own wedding.
