When were fuel prices last revised

Petrol and diesel costs were last changed on May 21. Later that day, Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced that the Centre had decided to reduce its excise duty on petrol and diesel by 8 per litre and 6 per litre.

The move brought down the cost of 1 litre of petrol and diesel by 9.5 per litre and 7 per litre respectively.
