NPP vote share has increased further in Manipur: Conrad K Sangma

President of the National People’s Party (NPP) and Meghalaya chief minister Conrad K Sangma stated that the performance of the NPP in the state has “increased manifold” compared to the 2017 assembly elections.

Conrad stated, “We at the NPP are delighted that our vote share has further increased, indicating that the electorate have shown trust and faith on the ideology of the NPP to protect political-socio-economic interest of the North Eastern States.”

He added, “The NPP accepts the people’s mandate with utmost humility. We thank our party workers, including our women wing and youth wing who have tirelessly campaigned for the success of the NPP. With concerted effort, hard work and a strong fight, we have emerged as the second largest party in Manipur. Our vote share has increased considerably with the support and love from the people, and we would like to thank them for the trust they bestowed on us.”
