On Saturday night, his players were the ones who had Saban foaming at the mouth with anger. It was the refs.
With just 20 seconds remaining in the game and Alabama ahead 30-0, the refs threw a flag for pass interference to set Mississippi State up at the two-yard line. Saban lost his mind over it.

Being so angry at the refs that you tell them to get out in NSFW terms might be the most relatable thing Saban has ever done. What football fan, let alone Alabama fan, hasn’t had that kind of an outburst before?
This is yet another example of what makes Saban such a good coach. The result may have been decided, but you just know the head coach wanted that drive to be a practice scenario for his team. Mississippi State may not have had a chance to win but the Crimson Tide could end up in a similar situation where giving up the touchdown would mean losing the game.
In this case, Alabama’s defense wasn’t able to get the stop. The Bulldogs scored with no time remaining to make their 30-6 loss look just slightly more acceptable.
