NFL agent Drew Rosenhaus shared a video of himself swimming, and holding, with a shark caught on a fishing line and received a mixed reaction regarding the moment.

Rosenhaus posted the video to his social media accounts Tuesday afternoon with the caption; ‘Went fishing with @cheetah and @blacktiph, @nflrecord. I decided to get up close to this Dusky Shark’.

On his accounts Rosenhaus received praise and support for the video, but not everyone felt similarly.

The video was reposted by NFL news account ML Football and was littered with varying comments, some criticizing the move as the shark lay relatively limp while stuck on a line.

‘I swear this is why women live longer than men,’ one Twitter user replied to the aggregated post.

Another in opposition to Rosenhaus’ actions wrote: ‘Leave the shark alone. He was just minding his own business.’

Others described the light-hearted moment, certainly on Rosenhaus’ behalf, as ‘abuse.’

Granted, there were many who ostensibly enjoyed the video. One user disputed the notion he was wrestling with the shark, pointing out the relatively requiem fish.

One of Rosenhaus’ friends asked Dolphins wideout Hill if he’d like to join Rosenhaus in the water. His response was emphatic; ‘Hell naw’ (sic).
