Mahima Makwana: I plan to welcome 2022 in the mountains – Times of India
The past year hasn’t been the perfect year for anyone and looking back, the Bollywood actress adds, “All of us have faced a lot, lost loved ones, seen pain all around and one lesson I take away from all this is never to take life and family for granted and to stay close to reality rather than growing superficially. Having said that, nothing can take away the blessing that 2021 gave me in the shape of my film. I count this as one of the biggest blessings this year.”
‘In the new year, I would ask for strength to work even more diligently’
If she had to describe 2021 in one word, what would that be, we ask? “Unpredictable,” she states, “For the new year, I would ask for strength to work even more diligently and grow in every way possible, will try to strike a balance when it comes to life as a whole. I don’t believe in resolutions as they are too pressurising, changes should be organic and not forced.” Is travelling on her cards? “I hope so. I love travelling, whatever free time I get amidst busy schedules, I make it a point to go to the mountains. For now, I want to do credible work and a good script is the priority,” she adds.
