The income tax department on June 10, Saturday, said the e-filing portal is not available temporarily till 11.30 am today due to the upkeep activity. The e-filing portal will resume after 11.30 am.

“It is informed that the e-filing portal is not available temporarily, due to Upkeep activity. The services are likely to be available after 11:30 am today,” the income tax department said in a tweet on Saturday.

E-filing portal services, including PAN-Aadhaar link, will be unavailable till around 11.30 am.

While ITR-2 is filed by people having income from residential property and having income above Rs 50 lakh, ITR-3 is filed by professionals. ITR-5 and ITR-6 are filed by LLPs and businesses. ITR-7 is for taxpayers including companies that are a charitable or religious trust, political party, research association, news agency or similar organizations specified in the Act.
