The two enjoyed some pizza, is that their fave dish? She states, “Well, it was after a while that we did so. We both love pizzas and what better way to celebrate a Sunday than with pizza and family! We ate a 5-grain multigrain pizza with feta cheese.”
‘My favourite workout is metabolic conditioning’
The last few months haven’t been easy for anyone. Isha has been posting motivational message on her Instagram to spread hope and positivity. What has her learning been like in this time? Reveals Isha, “I think the lockdown has reiterated that simple things in life are most important. Life is uncertain, the pandemic came to us as a black swan, but it also made us realise that family time and health is the most important. What we addressed during the lockdown was – we took care of our health, we took care of our family, we spent time with our family, we worked from home, we ate home-cooked meals, we focused on ourselves and what means the most important to us.”
For someone who stays so fit, we ask what is her workout of choice. She adds, “My favourite workout is metabolic conditioning. I’ve started running too. It helps me a lot to burn fat faster. I juggle between body weight workout, yoga and running. Sometimes I also do functional training.”
