ICC T20 World Cup 2021: India vs Pakistan – who will win? Wasim Akram makes SHOCKING prediction

As India and Pakistan are getting ready to clash in their ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 match on Sunday (October 24), experts and fans are making several predictions. Ahead of the high-voltage in Dubai, former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram said that Virat Kohli-led Team India has a slight advantage over Pakistan.

Talking to a leading daily, Akram said it is ’60-40′ in India’s favour. Earlier, Akram had said singled out India’s spinner Varun Chakravarthy saying he is one bowler to watch out for. “Pakistan will have a problem with young off-spinner Varun Chakravarthy. Pakistan wouldn’t have seen a lot of him. I would suggest they sit and have a look at him… what he bowls. If he comes into the Playing XI, he can trouble them, especially in the middle-order,” Akram said on the ‘Salaam Cricket’ Show organised by Sports Tak.

Pakistan skipper Babar Azam on Saturday (October 23) claimed that batting is the main strength oif his side. Babar expressed hope that Pakistan would perform good against India.

India and Pakistan are set to lock horns after around two years, after having last played in 2019 in the ICC Men’s 50-over World Cup.

“I think this time our main strength is batting. The way our batters have been performing over the last couple of months, I am very hopeful that we will produce some good results due to our batting and also do better in the field,” said Babar in a press conference on Saturday (October 23), as reported by the ICC.
