Ace Tollywood actor Akkineni Nagarjuna rings on his birthday on August 29th, and wishes came pouring in from every corner, especially his friends from the industry.

Nagarjuna was born on August 28, 1959. He is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in the Telugu film industry. He enjoys a dedicated fan following due to his charming screen presence and humble nature. He turns 63 today, August 29, much to the delight of his near and dear ones. Social media is flooded with sweet messages for King, as he is fondly called.

Nagarjuna made his debut with ‘Vikram’ in 1986 and instantly made a place in the audience’s heart with his performance. In his career spanning over three decades, the veteran actor has starred in as many as 75 films as the main lead, a feat earned only by a few in the industry. Known for his vigorous acting skills, Nag earned wider fame appearing in superhit films.


Several celebrities from Tollywood and other film industries also took to their respective social media handles to extend their birthday wishes to the veteran actor. Meanwhile, on the work front, Nagarjuna will be seen next in an upcoming action-thriller titled ‘The Ghost’. Directed by Praveen Sattaru, Sonal Chauhan is the leading lady and Gul Panag, Anikha Surendran, Manish Chaudhari, Ravi Varma, and Srikanth Iyenga are playing important roles in the movie which is all set to release on October 5, 2022. Naga will also be appeared in the upcoming pan-India film ‘Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva’, co-starring Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Mouni Roy. The star actor will be seen playing an artist and a member of the Brahmaansh who wields the Nandi Astra in the film.
