Paying his last respects, SRK placed a wreath and said a prayer, he also touched didi’s feet and circumambulated Lata Mangeshkar’s mortal remains. The actor was accompanied by his manager Pooja Dadlani. Apart from SRK, Aamir Khan also paid his last respects to Lata Mangeshkar with his daughter Ira Khan.

Lata Mangeshkar passed away after nearly a month of hospitalization. She was admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital in January this year, after she was diagnosed with Covid-19 and pneumonia. The 92 year old singer passed away on February 6 due to multi-organ failure. Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar was cremated with full state honours. The Government of India also announced two days of State mourning as a mark of respect to the legend.
