Netizens were unimpressed with her choice and trolled the actress for choosing a designer from across the border. Since when does calling for a designer dress mean that the person belongs to that country? One should be proud that a talent like Swara belongs to India, rather than forcefully sharing ideas of shipping her off elsewhere. Embracing culture doesn’t equate to being anti-national.

Swara has just married. You can spare her your moral judgements. Give her some time to breathe before forcing your misguided morals onto her. Just because she has married a Muslim doesn’t mean you equate everything she wears to a burqa. In today’s day and age, everyone has openly accepted the way of life of every culture.
