Edie Campbell Shares a Few of Her Favorite Things, From Tree-Trunk Bar Carts to Neon Boots
“I wanted to inject it with a bit of joy,” Edie Campbell says of her minimalistic home in Northamptonshire, Engand, perched right upon the peaceful waterfront. Joy, to the supermodel, comes in many different forms: like a witchy Kate Merry candle holder, a tree trunk-shaped bar card she’s nicknamed “The Grog Log,” and a Dymo Label Marker, which she uses to label everything—including her eyeliner. “The most anally labeled part of my house is actually in the bathroom,” she says, swinging open her cabinet door. “Every day is a day to label your cosmetics.”
In Vogue’s latest video series, Objects of Affection, we go inside the fascinating homes of celebrities, designers, and notable creators and ask them to show us their most treasured—and eccentric—things. There are no rules, really, on what those pieces can be: sure, maybe they’re priceless works of art, or family heirlooms. Or maybe, like in Campbell’s case, the prized pieces are more irreverent, like the platform boots she wore to the 2019 Met Gala, or a cheeky teapot shaped like a toilet. They might even be animate, like Campbell’s beloved horses.
Above, watch Edie Campbell show off her “weird and wonderful” favorite things.
