Bobby Deol reveals Dharmendra once told him he will not get work after 70; says he is 86 and still working – Times of India

In a recent interview, his son Bobby Deol opened up about the same. The actor revealed that his father had once told him that after he attains the age of 70, either he will stop getting work or he will not be able to work anymore. However, the veteran star is 86 year-old and still proudly working.

Elaborating further, Bobby said that his words inspired him immensely and he too wishes to keep working till his last breath. Bobby also recalled that he didn’t even see his father when he had given up in life.

Bobby, who made his acting debut in 1995 with ‘Barsaat’, has films like ‘Gupt’, ‘Soldier’, ‘Badal’, ‘Bichhoo’, ‘Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya’, ‘Ajnabee’, and ‘Humraaz’, among others to his credit.

Bobby made his OTT debut with Prakash Jha’s ‘Aashram’ series. The actor garnered immense love and appreciation for his role and performance in the series. The third season of the show is all set to release next month.

Apart from this, he will also be seen next in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’ which will star Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. It also stars Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in key roles. He is also a part of Anil Sharma’s ‘Apne 2’.
