Bihari Handi Gosht Recipe: How To Make Bihari Handi Gosht:

First, take a bowl and add curd to it. Mix this with red chilli powder, pepper, coriander powder, Haldi, chaat masala, chopped green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste, and mix them. Now, marinate this on the mutton. Let it rest for a while. Now, take a handi and add oil. Add cinnamon stick, cloves, and a bay leaf. Now add onions and caramelise them well. Then add the marinated mutton and cover it up. Let this cook and check in between. Once done, adjust the spice and take it out. Garnish with more fried onions and serve.
