Amal Clooney Makes a Rare Red Carpet Appearance With George (And Her Mom)

We’re all accustomed to Amal Clooney’s exquisite red carpet wardrobe. Whether it’s a meticulously beaded vintage John Galliano gown for the London premiere of Ticket to Paradise or an iridescent silver off-the-shoulder Valentino couture number for the Kennedy Centre Honors, the barrister is never one to hold back on a glamorous fashion moment. Her most recent appearance, though, demonstrates her ability to pull off different styles, as she opted for a jumpsuit instead of her typical eveningwear.

At the Prince’s Trust and TKMaxx & Homesense awards in London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane, Amal went in a different style direction than her usual sequin-adorned ensembles and opted for a more classically tailored look. Clooney opted for a dusty rose jumpsuit with wide-leg, floor-length trousers and a black leather belt across the waist. Amal accessorized her jumpsuit with silver drop earrings, a tonal cream clutch bag and a pair of pointed black pumps.

The couple were also joined on the red carpet by Amal’s mother Baria Alamuddin, who co-ordinated with her daughter in tailored trousers in a similar hue, paired with a sheer embellished jacket and dramatic beaded jewelry. This is the first time George and Amal have walked the red carpet together in 2023, as they tend to shy away from public appearances these days, only attending a handful of events together a year.
