After a 4-day trip to Dubai to meet daughter Natasha, Mumtaz to fly out to the UK to be with husband – Exclusive – Times of India

If Mumtaz is in Mumbai, she is seldom in Mumbai for too long. She hops, skips and jumps. A few days ago, we learned that she flew out to Dubai to spend some time with her daughter Natasha.
Natasha has moved almost all of her baggage to Dubai; her children are studying in Dubai. Fardeen keeps shuttling between Mumbai and Dubai; he just completed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s TV series ‘Heeramandi’, which stars Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari and Richa Chadha in main roles. Bhansali had offered a good role in ‘Heeramandi’ to Mumtaz too, but eventually, the talks fell through.

After spending quality time with her daughter and her grandchildren for 4 to 5 days, Mumtaz returned to Mumbai. Now, we hear, she is again packing her bags.
So, where’s the next stop? “It’s London. I am going to London with my sister Malika and her daughter Shehnaz. Mayur Madhwani (husband) will join us there for a few days and then head to Uganda; he is a very busy man who seldom stays at one place for more than 10 days. I am leaving for London on March 5.”

A little while ago, we brought you Mumtaz’s reaction to her role being scrapped by Sanjay Leela Bhansali; the ace filmmaker has decided that he won’t cast anybody else in place of Mumtaz and Shabana Azmi.
