Aamir Khan shoots a special cameo for son Junaid Khan’s ‘Pritam Pyare’: Reports – Times of India

Aamir Khan, who is busy with his upcoming film, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, took some time out to shoot a cameo for his home production, ‘Pritam Pyare’ starring his son Junaid Khan.

According to a report in a news portal, Aamir joined Junaid and the team in Rajasthan on May 1. He shot for a song and some hospital scenes in Bagar over the week. The report also added that Aamir, Junaid and co-actor Sanjay Mishra filmed their portions near the heritage property, Grand Haveli and Resort, located in old Nawalgarh. Some scenes were also reportedly filmed around the Koolwal Kothi hotel in the city.

Elaborating further, the report stated that the superstar’s cameo influences the narrative of the quirky, small-town drama.

Apart from the web series, Junaid also has ‘Maharaja’ in his kitty, which will mark his Bollywood debut. Maharaja’s story is reportedly based on the infamous 1862 Maharaja Libel Case.

Meanwhile, Aamir’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is an official Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood movie, ‘Forrest Gump’ which starred Tom Hanks in the lead role. The film will also feature Kareena Kapoor Khan, Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh in key roles.

After a long wait, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is finally slated to hit the theatres on August 11, 2022.
