But did you know the wedding venue was shifted? The wedding was actually supposed to happen on June 11, that is today- but in Juhu’s ISKCON temple. And, the reception was planned for June 12, that is, tomorrow. Toh phir kya hua? Well, Madhu and Ira felt that it would be more convenient to have every occasion in one-go at one place. So apart from the mehendi ceremony which happened yesterday at JW Marriott only, the wedding and reception both will happen at the same 5-star today. The wedding is at 5 pm and the reception is 9 pm onward.
For those who’ve come in late, Mantena and Ira had given their FIRST and EXCLUSIVE JOINT INTERVIEW to ETimes at their Pali Hill residence, a few days ago. We reproduce the interview herewith. Click on the link below to read it:

Aamir (whose superhit ‘Ghajini’ was produced by Mantena), Rajkummar Rao with wife Patralekha. Sunil Lulla with wife Krishika, Abbas Tyrewala and wife Paki attended the mehendi ceremony amongst many others. Ira has been sharing pictures of henna-decorated hands and feet on her Instagram Stories.
The cuisine at the reception is expected to be scrumptious. And, no prizes for guessing that the paparazzi too will be out in full attendance. And, it goes without saying that Madhu and Ira are already dancing in the aisles.

Besides ‘Ghajini’, Mantena has produced films like ‘Mausam’, ‘Rakta Charitra’ and is currently working on ‘Ramayana’. And who can forget that his and Sheetal Talwar’s Phantom Films (whose CEO is Shrishti Arya) is all set to launch Aamir’s son Junaid opposite Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi Kapoor in the Hindi remake of ‘Love Today’!
