Aaliya Siddiqui shoots down Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s claims in 8-page tabulated document; says ‘you never cared about the children’ – Times of India

Aaliya Siddiqui, the estranged wife of Nawazuddin Siddiqui has shot down claims by the Bollywood actor in his recent statement to the media.
The actor on Monday refuted allegations by Aaliya, that he had abandoned his children, and said that he chose to speak up because, “I am termed as a bad guy everywhere because of my silence.”

In a lengthy 8-page document, Aaliya countered 9 major allegations raised by the actor in his statement. From calling out his ‘lies’ to sharing the ‘real reason’ why she was not in Dubai with the family, Aaliya penned it all down in a written reply.

“The fact is that as an irresponsible father, ‘you sent my minor daughter to another country with your male Manager and made them stay in (one hotel unit) without my knowledge and without my consent’,” she wrote and alleged, “Your Male Manager, during this period hugged my minor daughter multiple times in an inappropriate manner and all of this was done despite ‘her expressed objections’. You cannot deny that these acts were done by your Manager, when neither me nor you were around.”

She revealed that on her objection on the same, Nawaz threw his weight around and “threatened to take over custody of my children.”

While stating that she had a lot of evidence to prove her claims, she also added that the actor’s ‘paid PR agencies’, were trying to portray him to be a ‘Hero’ and a ‘Family man’.

In his statement, Nawaz said that the reason he decided to keep mum on the matter was because ‘all this tamasha will somewhere be read by my small children’.

Aaliya retorted, “The reason why you kept quiet for the entire period between 2011 till 2023, is only because you wanted to exploit me sexually, through deceit and fraud and it was never for the love of my children.”

On allegations made about their divorce and mutual ‘understanding’ in favour of their two children, Aaliya said, “Let me make it very clear to everyone that I was never aware of any
Khulanama (divorce). It is false to say that I was into an understanding with Nawazuddin and that I had a child out of a live-in relationship.”

The actor, in his statement also alleged that Aaliya was the one who had abandoned their children in Dubai four months ago and has called them back on the pretext of “demanding money”. To this, she said, ” I had to stay away from my children for few days as I had applied for a new Passport in India and it took time to be delivered.”

She also alleged that the recent video posted by the actor that saw him locked outside the house, was to “cook up a false story and circulate the same through his PR agencies.”

On allegations that she is blackmailing Nawaz to ‘spoil his career and fulfil her illegitimate demands’, Aaliya said, “I can only say that he did not expect me to put up a strong legal fight and he was expecting me to be arrested at the hands of Versova Police for ‘obvious reasons’.”

Nawaz, had concluded his note saying that whatever he is earning today is for his children and vowed, “I love Shora & Yani and I will go to any extent to secure their well-being and their future. I will continue to place my faith in the judiciary.”

Aaliyah, however, retorted, “He is a dangerous father and he is only on an ego fight to take custody of my children and nothing more.”

Last month, the Bombay High Court suggested that Siddiqui and his estranged wife try and to amicably resolve their differences pertaining to their two minor children.

Siddiqui had moved the High Court with a habeas corpus (produce the person) petition seeking direction to his estranged wife to reveal the whereabouts of their children.
