This number was shot in Chennai over a period of five days with 1000 female dancers from cities like Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore,Madurai and Mumbai. ‘Zinda Banda’ has been mounted on a grand scale, with a budget of over Rs 15 crore and is choreographed by Shobhi.The song has been composed and sung by Anirudh and written by Irshad Kamil.
With SRK playing the titular role, this film also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupati and Sanya Malhotra. Deepika Padukone will be seen essaying a cameo in ‘Jawan’. After the prevue was released, director Atlee had thanked King Khan and shared, “From reading tales of kings to embarking on a journey with one in real, #Chief I guess I’m living the dream I’ve always dreamt of.
