JOHANNESBURG – HeyNeighbourFest has become the latest festival to anger fans over high ticket prices.

Event organisers announced on Wednesday that Gabriella Sarmiento Wilson, better known as H.E.R., will perform in South Africa.

Fans were taken aback by the prices of tickets for the Neighbourhood when they were officially released on Friday.

Payment plans were even announced, to make it easier for fans to enjoy the ultimate music experience without breaking the bank.

One Twitter peep said the HeyNeighbourFest tickets were value for money, and that the problem lay with ticket prices giving the fans a wake-up call to tell them they are “poor”.

The festival will take place at Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria on 8, 9 and 10 December.

Other featured acts set to perform include American singer and songwriter Khalid Donnel Robinson, known as Khalid, as well as Swedish House Mafia.
