Xiaomi unveiled its latest flagship series — Xiaomi 13 at an event in China. Along with the new smartphone series the company also launched its latest pair of true wireless earbuds — Xiaomi Buds 4 at the same event.
The all new Xiaomi Buds 4 comes with a customised graphene dual magnetic drivers and dynamic adaptive EQ compensation. The earbuds come with active noise cancellation and promise to offer up to 6 hours of battery backup on a single charge.
Xiaomi Buds 4 comes with a price tag of 699 yuan (Rs 8,280) and it comes in black, white and green colour options. The earbuds are already up for sale in China. The company has not yet revealed any details about the India launch of the earbuds.
Xiaomi Buds 4 features
Xiaomi Buds 4 supports Bluetooth version 5.3 and new LHDC 5.0. The earbuds also come with Hi-Res Audio which promises to offer audio in high-definition with low-distortion.
The company claims that the Xiaomi Buds 4 offers a secure fit and comfortable time for prolonged wearing. The earbuds come with a graphene dual-magnetic dynamic driver unit with spatial audio support.
The device features an in-ear 60 degree angled design and adaptive active noise cancellation. Xiaomi Buds 4 comes with 3 microphones and supports AI call noise reduction which promises to cut 32.4km/h wind noise.
The earbuds offer dual device smart connection and its IP54 rating makes the earbuds dust and water-resistant. Xiaomi Buds 4 houses a 35mAh battery in the buds and promises to offer up to 6 hours of battery backup on a single charge.
Xiaomi 13 series launched
Xiaomi launched its latest flagship smartphones — Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro smartphones in China recently. The two new smartphones from Xiaomi come with a new design, upgraded camera setups, and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
Xiaomi 13 Pro features a triple 50MP camera setup once again but packs some improvements inside a square camera module. The main sensor is the same 1-inch Sony IMX989 paired with a Leica f/1.9 lens with Hyper OIS. The telephoto unit is a 50MP sensor with 3x zoom paired with a Leica floating lens with a close focusing distance of 10 cm. The ultrawide unit comes with a 14mm f/2.2 lens with autofocus, thus enabling macro mode.
