Falafel and pita bread are light pocket sandwiches and popular snack enjoyed in the middle-east, especially in Lebanon. The meal, features chickpea fried balls stuffed between pita bread and served with dips like hummus, muhammara, baba ganoush or tahini sauce. It is a small package which hosts a mouthful of flavours that you must try.

A classic French dish, Coq au vin is chicken braised with red wine, lardon, garlic, mushroom, and a bevy of vegetables.
