Last night in midtown Manhattan, Marta Ortega and Vincent Van Duysen hosted an intimate dinner in celebration of the launch of ZARA HOME + COLLECTION 02, the latest installment of Zara Home’s ongoing homeware collaboration with Belgian architect and designer Vincent Van Duysen. Having celebrated a successful first launch with last year’s living room collection, the forthcoming dining room range is an ode to timeless textiles and materials meant to stand the test of time with ever-evolving decor styles.
Partygoers enjoyed spectacular views, cocktails, and passed canapes atop the private rooftop garden overlooking Rockefeller Center. Inside the open-concept dining room, guests sat down at long, candlelit tables decorated with white orchids and set exclusively in homeware from the latest collection— each place setting meticulously decorated with Spanish-style cutlery, glassware, porcelain dinner plates, and stonewashed linen napkins. The dinner featured a delicious four-course meal prepared by Chef Yann Nury, allowing guests to tangibly appreciate the craftsmanship of the latest collection.
Attendees included Marta Ortega, Vincent Van Duysen, Pat McGrath, Narciso Rodriguez, Samira Nasr, Amy Astley, Guido Palau, Mario Sorrenti, Craig McDean, Fabien Baron, Karl Templer, Diane Kendal, Derek Blasberg, Kristina O’Neill, Laura Brown, Tom Delavan, Eve Jobs, PieterJan Mattan, Andre Mellone and more.
ZARA HOME + COLLECTION 02 is available from June 2nd on zarahome.com and in selected stores globally.
