Besides getting the nursery ready and equally dividing their duties, the star couple is also reportedly splitting their work schedules. According to the latest reports, the star couple is ready to go the extra mile to make sure one of them is at home to watch over baby Kapoor.

Much like fellow B-town couple Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan, a report on CNBC claims that Alia and Ranbir will also set their schedules in a way that one of them is at home. Alia told the portal that her hubby is keen for her to get back to the grind soon after welcoming her first child.

According to the actress, Ranbir is very happy and has already offered his full support and opted to take time off so she can pursue her work commitments. Alia will also return the favour and stay home while RK is away.

Ranbir, in a recent interview also shared his expressed his desire to see his wifey back in front of the cameras after the birth of the baby. He revealed that he is concerned about the backlash he may from Alia’s fans if he doesn’t do his bit as a parent and partner.

Alia and Ranbir wed on April 14, this year. The stars made their first on-screen appearance after marriage in the Ayan Mukerji directorial ‘Brahmastra’.
