Will Ferrell poses with Mo Salah and his family after Liverpool’s Merseyside derby win over Everton, as the Hollywood star jets in from the U.S. to also visit Manchester City and Wrexham
Will Ferrell was spotted posing for snaps with Liverpool star forward Mo Salah and his family following the Reds’ 2-0 win against Everton in the Merseyside derby.
The Hollywood actor was also seen chatting with England full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jordan Henderson – the Reds captain – in the team’s dressing room.
The game was on Monday and Ferrell was in the stands to watch Salah’s first-half goal against the Toffees, right after James Tarkowski’s header hit the post from a corner.
He also saw Cody Gakpo score his first Premier League goal in the 49th minute.

The 55-year-old, California-native jetted to the U.K. from America just a couple of days ago and was also seen at Etihad Stadium on Sunday, where Manchester City beat Aston Villa 3-1 thanks to goals from Rodri, Riyad Mahrez and Ilkay Gundogan.
After the game, just like he did after the Merseyside Derby, Ferrell visited the winning side’s dressing room and posed for pics with City players, including Jack Grealish, who shared a picture of his bromance with the A-list actor later on social media.
‘Did we just become best friends? What a man!!!,’ the England forward wrote on Instagram.
Earlier in the weekend, Ferrell was spotted in Wales to visit Wrexham AFC, co-owned by fellow actors and friends, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.
He saw the Red Dragons defeat Wealdstone 3-1 in the National League on Saturday and even went for a drink with local fans at a pub near The Racecourse Ground.
Ferrell previously mentioned that he doesn’t support a Premier League team in particular. However, he’s been spotted at Stamford Bridge in the past, when Russian tycoon Roman Abramovich used to own the club.
Since then, the comedian’s gone on to become a co-owner of LAFC in the MLS.
The L.A.-based club won the MLS Cup in dramatic fashion against the Philadelphia Union in November – after Gareth Bale scored a stoppage-time equalizer to salvage a draw in extra-time before the team went on to win on penalties.
