That has left fans wondering if Katrina’s character ‘Zoya’ from the ‘Tiger’ franchise and Deepika’s character from ‘Pathaan’, Rubai will also have a cross-over. The writer of ‘Pathaan’, Shridhar Raghavan opened up on this in an interview with Pinkvilla. He said that there are many things that they can do. They’ve got deadly kickass characters. He said that he was reading many fan theories and many fans wanted to know Dimple’s backstory. But if one really wants to know about this spy universe then one has to get into Aditya Chopra’s head, he added.

He further added that there are many ideas coming in, he’s developing some ideas and he’s also involved in some, so there’s a lot happening.
Aditya Chopra has announced his spy universe before the release of ‘Pathaan’ which includes ‘Ek tha Tiger, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, ‘Tiger 3’, Hrithik Roshan starrer ‘WAR’ and then ‘Pathaan’. Salman’s cameo as Tiger in the film was a beginning to that. ‘Tiger 3’ is set to release in Diwali 2023.
