WhatsApp to now let you exit groups in STEALTH! See how you can do it

WhatsApp is bringing a new functionality to allow you to exit groups without notifying every member in the chat box. Here is how it will work.

WhatsApp evolves every month with new features and functionality! Just days ago, it added the ability to react to messages with emojis across its phone apps and web app. Just when you assumed it can’t get any better, WhatsApp goes after identifying issues that plague users on a daily basis. And the latest one is all about the groups. In the past and present, when you leave a WhatsApp group, the app notifies everyone of your exit in the chat box. This may seem weird for many, and may even concern those who want some privacy while exiting a group. After all, nobody wants attention while you sneakily want to exit one of those annoying office groups, or family groups.

In a new screenshot shared by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is now readying a new feature that will let you exit any WhatsApp group sneakily. The WhatsApp update will now allow to exit the group without sending out a banner announcing the same. Note that while the majority group members won’t be getting the banner notification, the group admin and you will be notified of the exit

WhatsApp group exits now more SECRET

“We’re also adding the ability to silently leave a group, so everyone in a group is not notified in case people decide the conversation is no longer for them,” the app said on the FAQ page.

While this feature is yet to come, WhatsApp has announced a bunch of new features to make the experience even better. WhatsApp wants to improve the way groups work on its platform, which will enhance communication among multiple users. It recently announced expansion of group size limit to 512 members from the previous 256 members. Additionally, it has added the ability to react to messages on groups and personal messages using emojis. It also recently expanded the group voice calls limit to 32 participants from the previous eight. The emoji-based reaction is also there on WhatsApp Web.
