What’s for food? A look at the exotic dining room lunch menu at Lord’s for 2nd Test
Day 2 of the second Test is underway and Team India were bowled out for 364 at Lord’s. KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma gave the Men in Blue a good start, but the tailenders were a little weak and the only inputs were from Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, and Ravindra Jadeja.
As KL Rahul added his name to the Lord’s honour board after his classic ton, a lot of things at the iconic stadium has grabbed the attention of netizens.
A picture has been doing the rounds on Twitter where the lunch menu was presented to the players. The menu consisted of many English and semi Indian dishes.
The menu began with Honey and Mint marinated Lamb and Hot and Sour Steamed Barramundi. It also contained Broccoli, Spinach, and Peas Dahi.
For vegetables it had Tofu and Vegetables stir fry as well as Five Bean Chilli followed with Basmati, Royal Potatoes, and Asparagus. For the non-veg section, it had Prawns and Lambs.
There were many vegan dishes also present on the menu as several players have shifted their diet to veganism.
