Banoffee Pie Recipe: How To Make Banoffee Pie
First, we need to prepare the pie tin by greasing it with butter. Keep aside. Now, in a food processor, add the biscuits and pulse them until they resemble a wet sand-like mixture. Melt the butter and add it to the processor. Mix well until well combined.
Transfer this biscuit mixture to the prepared pie tin and press firmly to form the shape of a pie. You can either use your hands or the back of a spoon to press the mixture. Once done, place the pie tin in the refrigerator for around half an hour. (This will allow the crust to set).

Meanwhile, add whipping cream and sugar in a bowl. Whip on medium speed using a hand blender until the cream is fluffy and stands up straight. Now, remove the pie tin from the fridge and place the sliced bananas on top of the crust. Drizzle a generous layer of toffee filling and spread it out evenly using a spatula.
Top it with the whipped cream mixture and garnish with chocolate swirls. Place it in the refrigerator for around 1-2 hours before serving. Banoffee pie is ready!
