Recently, in a video shared by former Norwegian diplomat Erik Solheim, one can see how noodles are traditionally prepared in Shaanxi, China.

In the clip posted on Twitter, we can see a chef carefully stretching noodles while swinging it. The video progresses to show various people stretching metre-long noodles before being vertically hung to dry from the roof. The noodles are then served in a delicious looking broth. “Historians discuss whether Italians invented noodles and brought them to China. Or it was vice versa? Traditional noodles in Shaanxi, China.
