And the best part is, you can put it together in not even half-an-hour. He took to Instagram to share the recipe of bread omelette pakoda. 

Step-By-Step Recipe Of Making Bread Omelette Pakoda: 

  • In a bowl, add eggs, salt, haldi, red chili powder, ginger, coriander leaves and whisk well. Keep it aside. 
  • In a shallow pan, heat butter and add onions and saute until it turns translucent in colour. Add half of the egg mixture and scramble. Add boiled potato and mix everything well. 
  • Transfer it to a bowl, add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, cheese and mix well. Keep it aside.
  • Now, in the same egg mixture bowl, add milk, cheese and mix well. Keep it aside. 
  • Take bread slices, trim the edges and stuff with the egg-aloo mix. Place the ice cream stick at the centre of two bread slices.  
  • Cut the sandwich two halves and coat it well with the remaining egg mixture.
  • In a pan, add butter, oil and once it melts, cook the breads until golden in colour.
  • Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish with tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, sev and cheese and serve hot.
