Actor Kangana Ranaut has recently made the headlines with her look in the upcoming movie ‘Emergency’. Based on former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and the emergency period in India (between 1975-1977), this film marks the ‘Queen’ actor’s first solo directorial venture. Currently, Kangana is busy shooting for ‘Emergency’ and has been sharing regular behind-the-scenes clips on Instagram. From pooja on the set to mahurat shot and to Kangana sitting on the director’s chair – Kangana has been giving us sneak peek into it all. In one of her latest Instagram stories, Kangana Ranaut gave us a glimpse her scrumptious lunch. And it was a treat from veteran actor and her co-star Anupam Kher. The video begins with Kangana saying (in Hindi), “I got a treat on the set today”. She added, “Anupam ji has got my favourite food today”.
Kangana further zoomed the camera on Anupam Kher, who explained what all he got for the former. “I heard you like kadhi-chawal. Hence, I got kadhi, chawal, baingan bharta and sookhe aloo for you.”
“It’s going to be a delicious day,” Kangana replies with utmost excitement. The video was captioned, “Favourite actor @anupamkher and favourite food…kadhi chawal and sookhe aloo…wah!
