Watch: ‘A legendary catch-up’ – Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli meet ahead of MI-RCB match | Cricket News – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Cricket fans could not have asked for more when two legends of the game caught up with each other on the field as it brings visual treat and million memories for them.
Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli caught up ahead of the Mumbai Indians vs Royal Challengers Bangalore match during the practice session for both teams in Mumbai.
The duo was seen bursting into laughter with each other and their pictures went viral on social media in no time.

“A legendary catch-up ahead of a captivating contest @sachin_rt @imVkohli,” IPL posted a video of the legends on its Twitter handle.
The comparisons are often drawn between the two Indian greats but Kohli said he feels embarrassed when people compare him with Tendulkar and the legendary cricketer has been a source of inspiration and comfort.
“I just laugh it off every time. These people have no idea about the game. I feel embarrassed when I am compared to Sachin though I get where these people are coming from with all those statistics and stuff. But these stats tell you a different story. The impact a player leaves on you as a child growing up is very different,” Kohli said in an interview with former India cricketer Robin Uthappa on Jio Cinema last month.

“Sachin Tendulkar always has been an emotion for me, if you speak to anyone, they look at him as their own because everyone has faith and trust in him, he was the source of inspiration and comfort, when he scored runs, life was good,” Kohli further said.
