Bernard McGuirk, co-host of Bernie & Sid in the Morning, died Wednesday night after a battle with prostate cancer, just weeks before his 65th birthday.

Since April 2018, McGuirk has co-hosted Bernie & Sid in the Morning with Sid Rosenberg on WABC.

A special tribute to McGuirk from WABC employees will air on Tuesday, October 11.

McGuirk has been the Executive Producer of the Imus in the Morning Show at WABC since 2007. He moved to WFAN Radio in New York City with Imus in the late 1980s and stayed there until 2007.
