Vijay Deverakonda turns up the heat on Twitter with ‘Liger’ poster; fans declare it as the #SexiestPosterEver – Times of India

“As a performance, Mentally, physically my most challenging role,” he captioned the poster that saw him standing in the buff while holding a bouquet of roses to cover his modesty.

“I give you everything,” he added and by the looks of it, fans were bowled over by the generous offer. Shortly after the poster dropped online, fans took to social media to get ‘#SexiestPosterEver’ trending on Twitter.


While some appreciated the actor’s chiselled physique, others were left swooning over the post and declaring it “the Sexiest poster I have ever seen.”

As soon as the actor dropped the poster on his handle, co-star Ananya Panday made sure to remind fans to ‘breathe’.

“Breathe guys, breathe…the temperature is rising all over India today,” she teased and added a fireball emoticon.

Karan Johar also shared the poster and captioned it, “Rose Rose aise gifts nahi milte… ”

If the response to his ‘Liger’ poster is any indication, Deverakonda is well on his way to becoming the next South sensation across India. Vijay plays the lead role of an MMA fighter in the film directed by Puri Jagannath.

The actor is the latest star from the South film industry to foray into the pan-India movie space after Prabhas, Ram Charan, Jr NTR and Yash.

‘Liger’ hits the big screens on August 25.
