I am more romantic. Zaid does the grand gestures in bits and pieces. It will become so grand that I’ll be like ‘oh my God’ but I am more romantic on an every day basis.

Your perfect V-Day celebration would be…
The ideal situation would be Zaid and I enjoying a dinner date. But with our kind of schedules and work, we don’t really get to plan something. I think the only thing we plan is our holidays. We just take off and I think those kind of plans are much better rather than keeping it just about a day. If we have to spend time, we just take off somewhere or the other.

Best romantic gift you have received till date…
He does a lot of things to surprise me. But I think it was our anniversary and he took me to the jewellery store to buy something. I try not to spend too much so I took a pair of earrings. And the store manager showed me a matching necklace too but I said I didn’t want that. But Zaid liked it so much that he went and ordered it. It was delivered a few days later and it was like a special surprise.

One word to describe your married life…
Alhamdulillah! I just want to thank God because this is the best thing ever!
